I tried digging a little and looked around but couldnt find the answer I am looking for in a hurry.So My question is ,What are the stipulations on regging a .org.uk domain and .co.uk if any ?Thanks alot

As Rob says anyone can register them-
but, they have to be registered for a minimum of 2 years.

In theory, .co.uk was for companies, .org.uk was for non-profit organisations but you can use them for whatever you want.
