.org.uk a good buy?

hi, i moved this thread from the cctld forum section, it had only 9 views in 4 days so .. hoping to get some feedback to this question

I'm wondering because I became aware today of a .org.uk 1-word generic that is registered in virtually every other extension that i might like to purchase

what is the market for 1-word generic .org.uk? any value? i have seen very few in the sales reports.

I've not heard of any sizable sales. If it is realestate, finance, poker etc, I would pass.

Unless it's the top 40 or so keywords, personally, I wouldn't waste my money on a .org.uk name for resale.

thanks for the opinions. i may take a shot anyway. can't see how to go wrong with one word generic with commercial use. i'm too inclined to think it at least has to have some value
