Can a business use .org.uk legally?

Watch
I have started up a business and bought a domain name ending in .org.uk which my website now sits on

Someone has now told me that this is restricted to not-for-profit organisation in the United Kingdom and therefore I need to change it. However searching online seems to show that this is suggested use and there is no actual legal restriction on a company using the .org.uk ending

Can anyone help me clarify the exact legal position? I have printed business cards, headed paper etc so I am obviously keen to avoid starting over again if I legally do not have to.

Any help appreciated

.uk domains have no restrictions, apart from .ac.uk

so .co.uk and .org.uk can be used by anyone who wishes to use them.

.org.uk can be used for exactly the same things as .co.uk and more and more are using them.
searching google proves that, they pop up more and more and search engines love them

i actually telephoned nominet a while back to make absolutely sure and they confirmed.
obviously the values are way below their .co.uk compatriates, but if you want to develop they're perfect

quick plug:
if ever you're after some premium NN.org.uk, CC.org.uk
I have some for sale :sold:
