i would like your oppinion for one of my domain names
refered to my nick name + com extension
The site is alive now and has >1400 post about the niche "iclone6"
which is a product belongs to reallusion.com
I need your proffesional oppinion about a possible sell price for domain and stuff too.

I assume its a play on "iPhone 6"

No my friend. iclone6 is a registered trade product from reallusion.com
It's a 3D modeling editing program.
There is an iclone2-3-4-5 as well.

So this is your name and you registered it because its another company's product?

If this is the case and "iClone" is trademarked, you need to drop the name, dont register TM'd names

No problem, unfortunately it doesn't work like that with trademarks

gilescoley is right in what he's saying. If you want to make money legitimately from domain names, you need to register terms that are free from intellectual property issues.
