So I'm a little new to this arena and am hoping this is the right thread to post this in, but here-goes.

I recently started up a site that has started to take off well. I have spent a ton of time building some INHO content rich pages. The site has been tweaked to be more "search engine friendly" recently. I have a religious following of visitors/users that was pretty steady from the beginning. And now that the search engine traffic has started to build, I'm getting an average of 1052 visits per day, with say 10125 pages served, and 23392 Hits per day. The revenue is starting to build with advertising/clicks (AdBrite & Google). The ad revenue is bringing in $150/month. I also have affiliate payments on average of $110/month from other services incorporated into the site.

This is one of the first sites of mine to get to this level, so I am in a bit of a dilemma. My pickle is what to focus on next.

Do I move on to a new site/venture/idea and wait for the search engine traffic to build for a while?

Do I start creating more/better software packages to the software section, and try to get more visitors from the new audience and traffic building opportunities that could open up?

Do I start further SEO type activities to the site, and build on my new knowledge in that area?

Just curious as to what a more educated audience might think, be able to offer up or bestow on this "blossoming flower". Thanks in advance for any knowledge you may be able to impart.

If you feel that you can still improve on your current success, then by all means, keep doing what you're doing - it seems to be working after all.

If you have another business idea that you want to try, then there's nothing wrong with spending a bit of time on it, but don't abandon the site that's already earning revenue.

I agree with wealthstream. If you can keep the site growing and get more money in return then keep it. Unless you are ready to move on and start another project, then sell it.
