I've heard that there is a company that will buy domains based on revenue it generated.

I got hundreds of domains. They are search engine optimised with lots of backlinks and residual traffic. Most traffics are from search engine. I stop building links a long time ago.

I want to be paid proportional to traffic I generate. Say a domain generate 1k traffic for 1 month. Well, redirecting those traffic to MFA, or parking it, will generate $10. So I want to sell the domain for $60-$120 (12 month worth of traffic). Maybe less. It's up to buyer to decide.

I've heard that there is a company that are willing to pay for our domain for say, 3 years revenue? Is this true?

Oh ya, many of the domains are already banned by google. They still get traffic from other search engine. Some don't and still kicking. Most of which are domains I no longer "touch". Some I still actively promote.

What do you think?

I am thinking of selling maybe 1 domains at a time. If buyer is happy then I got repeat customer.

Basically it's pretty cheap for me to SEO a domain and try to get traffic. So I figure I'll get rich faster by making those domains and sell it rather than waiting for money to come within 12 months.

If you want to maintain the search engine traffic you will need to park the domains with a parking companies with "good" seo pages. I don't know any.

Oh ya, please tell me if this is allowed or not. I have no intent of screwing anyone. And if I do, I have no intent of doing it just for $60
