domain Opinion..Would You Sell?

Got an offer this morning on a domain I hand regged in May.

The offer is for $850 and seems they are maxed out there. I've already countered. Anyway, I don't particularly care about the domain. But it is decent. Should I accept at $850? They say they will pay immediately.

Update: Thanks for the input. Domain has been sold at the offer price. I countered the $850 offer at $1500 but the buyer immediately replied saying that was their highest and final offer. I accepted $850, opened escrow and the buyer immediately put in the funds. Few hours later we completed the exchange. Just waiting on my wire now.

I like to move names. This domain i/t/h/e/r/e/u/m/./c/o/m/ was hand regged in May 2017 at GD for 8 bucks. I would have loved more but I didn't view it as a super premium domain or anything. These small sales are what pay the bills.

Yes. Particularly with the "i" instead of "e". All vowels (except y) in front were taken.
