Got an offer of 850 after escrow @ Sedo, countered with 1800, was countered with 1400.
Considering I have had this domain listed on namepros for about the same price but with other .cn's includedk, then again that was way before the Macau Casino development explosion of the last year or so, it's prolly not a wholesaler. Think I should take this or try to get one of the american casino companies opening resorts in Macau to buy this from me?

I'm not a pro appraiser or anything but I live around the area... I would definitely seek higher offers. They are opening a large chain of 'vegas' casinos in Macau and that domain name could potentially be huge. I would hold on for better offers.

I am not a very experience domainer, but i can say that MacauCasino.cn is potentially worth more than that.

Why?

Macau is known for its casinos.
The domain is generic for a country of 3 billion.

This can only increase in value, I would say it would be a keeper for the long term appreciation of an asset that may not be worth just that much right now but certainly will be worth more in the future.

Can a serious domainer get an estimate on this? I am entitled to say XX,XXX but i know very little (don't take my advice price-wise).

I think this domain will cost much. Macau casino is a high-ranked query. It must only have a unique content, be optimized correctly and well-developed.

I would not accept a couple thousand for the name. You should not for yours either. For what its worth if the name starts getting a bid that will allow you to place it into Sedos new auction!

But you have to decide what to let it go for. I will be curious to see if other bids come in for the name.

One thing for sure, Macau resort is a very large gambling district now. The best in entertainment and accomodations. Macau resort will soon be known worldwide! They have reported 1.7 billion in gambling revenues for this year, and it is not even over yet!

Encouraging... We'll see if I actually get that much. I'm thinking I'll just decline the offer rather than send it to auction because I don't feel like I'm going to get the quality of bids on it to get it into that low 1X,XXX's, and certainly no endusers that could yield something even higher.
