What do you think could be the reason behind OpenSourceCMS.com selling for a whopping $35,000?

Had I owned the domain name, I wouldn't have put a price tag of more than $10,000 on this.
Am I wrong in my judgement in pricing this name or is it worth the sale price?

I did not understand it either. But, after some research, it seems the domain was previously developed and has a ton of backlinks.

This is not just a domain sale. According to worthofweb.com OpenSourceCMS.com has about 200,000 visits per month. Free CMS like Wordpress, Joomla!, Drupal and many others are really big business. Paid themes, plugins, extensions etc. I think a properly modified website with such traffic can bring a lot of profit.
