question Oogle.com exists & not owned/redirect to Google. Why?

They other day I was looking for domains to register. I was "fascinated" and got an "itch" for the word OOGLE. I was bored so I did a search for OOGLE on Google and actually found 657,000 search results.

The first result was in the website URBANDictionary.com for OOGLE. Here's what it says.

I was actually surprised it was an actual coined word. And then next I find this search result.
