Thanks, guys, for your comments. I agree with dentalpro that the logo is not well designed. I have made a little bit improvement on it but not much. I am not a graphics guy and don't know Photoshop very well.

Thanks, Martin, for your kind words. Also this is the only mobile compliant news feed I can find at the moment and it is US-centric. I would prefer to have feeds not limited to US news but I failed to find anything.

You could have 1-9 and a, b, c as short cut keys, very nice site though. have you tried wordart in office to make a logo. Some pretty good efects can be had with all the available fonts.
