I also agree about accepting that offer. Definitely a fair price fort he name. As for iHub, I would say $XX to a reseller and $XXX to $XXXX for an end user.

Agree with everyone above, I dont think its worth that much but if someone sees that value, let them spend it. In the future you could compare similar keyword value domains in the .cc extension on namebio or somewhere else which could help you accept offers quicker. iHub.cc is regfee as i see it now i-domains are about as annoying as dialup at this point.
