If you have an one-word Spanish domain name in both .TV and .CO, which one has more chances of selling and for a better price?

Let's say the word is about a product that can be ordered online.

Depends how generic the .tv is in Spanish. Most will have to be very top keywords to sell. Spanish .tv's have sold in the 5 figure range, but they will take time behind English based keywords.

As for .co, I can't speak much of it. I believe it is a waste from a domainer's view.

I know of a domain sales thread which reports .CO domains on a Spanish forum. I reviewed dozens of such .CO sales and noted that the vast majority of the .CO sales were English with most of the rest being LLLL or brandables etc. Very few of the .CO sales were really Spanish. One could probably make a similar observation about Spanish .TV. I have had occasional inquiries and sales to investors but the market has not matured. The introduction of hundreds of competing extensions probably won't speed up the maturation process. On the other hand for videocentric keywords, I would prefer .TV over any extension other than .COM.

I haven't been looking much lately as the drop quality hasn't been what it was during late 2008 to early 2010 but recently Inmobiliaria.tv dropped and was acquired by a Spanish domain investor.
