Yours is similar to mine, which is water and shock resistant, but best of all (for me) it has nice big keys for my big fingers.

I have a dumb phone and a handheld ham radio. Pretty sure you can be tracked/located within a very small grid if you put out any signal.

I don't know if you can be tracked when you turn your phone off, but the phone can still be used to listen in, even when you turn it off.

That is not a conspiracy theory, just the reality. In this case it is not just smartphones, but every mobile phone.
