Ok everyone,
This may be stupid. Or it could turn into one of NP's longest threads. I guess I'll know in a couple of days.

This idea was just literally sparked by reading some "fairy-tale" thread.

Anyway, the idea is this: We write a story. I write the first 2 sentences. Then someone else comes along and writes another 2. And so on.

Rules:
1) The continuation of the story must be ONLY 2 sentences. No more, no less.
2) For pete's sake, don't devise a means to advertise your company or anything while doing it (in other words, follow NamePros rules).
3) Keep it going. There can be NO ending.

------------------

Once upon a time, there was a man who lived alone in the wilderness. His name was Dan.

Dan just happened to be obscenely tall. It always caused problems for him.

He decided to turn to the internet to make some friends :)

BUT, how in the world did Dan get to the internet, after living his whole life in the woods? Before explaining his great experience on the World Wide Web, I must first tell you a little about how he progressed.

When he was a baby, his mom left him in the woods with a cockroach. This cockroach taught him to tap dance and speak animal.

After the cockroach died and the relatives took over it was all downhill from there. Poor Dan wondered aimlessly thru the woods looking for a new family or someone to take him in.

AND, the rules state that the story must not end! So miraculously, Dan came back to life.

But this time Dan was an unwitting pawn in the international global conspiracy to unilaterally raise the price on Peanut Oil. Fearing for his life (and sanity, of course), he escaped to the jungles of the Amazon, hoping to hide amongst the ruins deep within the rain forest..

In an ironic twist of fate, Dan was captured by a pack of orangutans who's primary diet consisted of Igmus Silicia, a rare but valuable form of peanut. If he could only manage to escape the holds of these most uncordial monkys, he may have a shot of making a name for himself in the rare Igmus Silicia peanut industry.

While out in the gathering the precious peanuts each day Dan would manage to talk a little more to his guard, Alfie. Alfie, not being a very bright orangutan began to trust Dan, and he would once in a while take a little nap while Dan gathered the peanuts.

Then when Dan had gained enough trust from Alfie and Alfie was sleeping, he gathered his peanuts and ran off. Dan was next seen on a island with monkeys.

Then Dan grew a very long hair and beard .. monkeys came running and snatching his hair..

His hair became long enough to sell, and to actually give him enough to get out off of the monkey island. After selling his hair, the first thing Dan did was to get a job working at a peanut factory, because after all, he was already very experienced in the peanut industry!

For 18 hours each day his toil was hard, his boss an ogre. One day he thought, things will be very, very different.

It started to get better when he started training a elphant with left over peanuts. After alot of work and time, he quit the peanut factory and went on the road doing shows with the elphant.

then he made money with the help of the elephant. he bought a computer and bought a net connection.
