Need some help with Competitions site

Hello all,

I am running a site www.indiacompetitions.com (the site offers events details, competitions and symposiums in India)

The site isnt doing too well, I have tried few things but they didnt work.

Now i am planning on giving it attractive look and make it more usable through a good cms like mambo.

I would like to get suggestions for this site, what could be done to make it better and so more people come.

Try running Joomla. It is by Open Source Matters and is the new Mambo.
