domain oil99.com 13,263 Backlinks... or more. Any guesses?

Picked up oil99.com after it dropped. I've had many domains appraised -- everything from GERB.net to p*ssy.sc to VerbTube.com. But of them all, this one makes me scratch my head the hardest. I've used several scripts to check its backlink count and they all give high numbers. Marketleap alone gives it 13,263 and after checking, there really are many links for it. Most links are from the same URL so I'm thinking that has something to do with it. Links aside, it''s a short .com with a huge keyword. End my curiosity: Does it have value? If nothing else, do you think I could sell it on this forum for a decent price (probably for a flipper to flip)?
