Talking of skin cancer, I recently regd Basal Cell Carcinoma.info (49,500 Exact monthly searches, PPC £1.18)

I actually have Basal Cell Carcinoma (skin cancer) and have just completed alternative therapy to get rid of it. It looks like it was successful (biopsy will confirm, or not in a week or so) so I intend to build a site around the experience and sell the medication on line (assuming the biopsy says it has gone)
