Don't bet on it. They won't spend anything above 5 figures on a domain, no matter how good. Trust me, I know.

Have to agree Mike.. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see this resold @ 100% profit within a couple years once the economy picks back up again.

It is a good price for an investor. One of the better LL.com I have seen.

The problem is even at this price range you can get awesome quality generics, which I think in general appeal more to an end user.

When you look at an office/technology store like Office Depot I would have thought they would have offered at least 250K for it previously... Personally I think it was a tremendous buy.
