It doesn't matter here :hehe but you're half right. Kredit is a synonym for Darlehen, but while you'd use the term Darlehen for a very specific product (from a bank), Kredit is more common.

In contrast, credit is mostly used for a positive bank balance, which doesn't match the German Kredit.

Regarding the value:
In Germany, .de domains are much more worth than .com domains. If you try to remember a web address (and don't remember it exactly), you would first look at the .de domain, and then in Google. A .com domain is for SEO optimization, and only very little bit for type ins. So, comparing to kredit.de, 220,000 EUR for kredit.com is a very good price.
