I think this name doesn't have a great value on it's own, but it has some good development possibilities... religion, pets, adult

Thanks. I realize on its own, there is not much to it. Not a lot of search volume.
Dog training, obedience school etc seems to be where I am leaning.

It should do well.

Name itself = possible low $xxx

Developed making rev = much higher
