The mortgage key words is more popular on google, but the fact that it is not a .com and the fact that neither word has any search volume works against your names undeveloped. Also both your site key words are not very popular, the loan name is virtually non existant on google, but the mortgage name has about 83000 search returns...

All that being said, these names are not worth much undeveloped....imo. But basicmortgage has a lot of potential if developed....at least that's what I think.
