Anyone want to comment on this? www.NYCApartments.org

It has good Overture stats-- 7,438 for nyc apartment -- and is memorable. NYC is always a hot real estate market, too. The well-developed sites I've seen for NY real estate have weaker domains, like www.nyc-apartments.net, and I saw a billboard for www.aptsinnewyork.com in the East Village last night (something like that, I don't even remember, which shows how bad it is!)

I know the extension hurts -- but how badly?

I'd love an appraisal!

Good for many organizations, from owners to renters. Plural works well for this also. $50-70+, lots of potential, some development would go a long way....show some good stats for good money!
