I use them.

Just register for a free account. You dont need to buy a domain to get an account.

Hi after changing language to english at the top the page I copied this from them

Procedure:
check if your domainname is available
identify yourself: make a new username or use your already existing username and password
fill in the administrative (licensee) and technical (onsite) contactperson
choose your method of payment (banktransfer or online)
if you choose to pay online, to click trough after your payment and your order will be activated within seconds
should you pay by banktransfer, your domainname will registerd after recied off your payment on our bankaccount (or proof of payment)
