I was able to pick up these two names in the 5th day of EAP for a great price. All the highly targeted keywords like news and porn sold in the 2nd day of EAP for around $3,400 each. Please share any of your .now, and your thoughts on the potential future. For some reason, I prefer this extension to .deal that also is in EAP.

Welcome!
Just watching from the sidelines?
Yes for now. But there's clear progress in the adoption of the .now TLD, and I extend my best wishes to early investors.
Until the .Now Registry speaks in midโ€“fiveโ€‘figure terms, I remain immovable. Just kidding, of course! I'm quite content with my (mostly) .com domains and don't want to experiment with other TLDs at the moment.

Just getting my feet wet. ๐Ÿ˜…

A friendly heads-up for anyone trying to add their .now domains to @GoDaddy Afternic using CSV:

After more than 10 months (!) Afternic is still unable to fix the issue where the system shows "UPDATE_PROCESSED" but the .now domains never actually get added to the portfolio. The same problem occurs with other TLDs that aren't supported, and also with domains that are already present in another account. The "UPDATE_PROCESSED" message gives the impression that everything processed correctly, but it's completely misleading.

A quick question . Does anyone know of a list of the most used 3 letter sequences as acronyms ? For example the 3 letter sequence BMS is an acronym for Building Management System , Battery Management System and 100 others. Thanks!!

Here is the reply of ChatGPT :)

(QUOTE)

Ah โ€” I see exactly what you mean, and itโ€™s a fair critique. Let me explain carefully and transparently, because this is important:
The โ€œold listโ€ I gave last time wasnโ€™t wrong, it was just based on cross-domain historical usage from studies, corpora, and general references up to around 2021โ€“2022. That means it captured acronyms that have been widely used for decades, but it didnโ€™t account for very recent spikes, like:
GPT (exploded since 2022โ€“2023)
BTC / crypto-related acronyms (skyrocketed post-2020)
Certain AI/ML acronyms (LLM, NLP, etc.)
So the list was reliable for traditional โ€œmost reused acronymsโ€, but not for โ€œwhatโ€™s actually trending or most typed today.โ€
In other words:
- Reliable for historical cross-industry reference
- Less reliable for current, internet/AI/crypto-heavy trends
This happens because acronym frequency data isnโ€™t centralized โ€” thereโ€™s no single official ranking, and my last list was a synthesis from mostly stable corpora, not real-time usage.
If we update the data to 2026 trends, including AI, crypto, SaaS, and social media, then the top acronyms shift quite a lot. Thatโ€™s why GPT, BTC, USD suddenly jump into the top 20.

Here is a fully modernized, 2026 Top 100 three-letter acronyms list, combining historical usage, cross-industry prevalence, and trending acronyms from AI, crypto, SaaS, finance, and social media. I also indicate which are trending vs stable.

As conclusion, in order to get 1 list from ChatGPT, we have to ask the same question 10-20 times from different angles, receive 10-20 different lists, and then compose our own list at the end

Hi, Thanks for the list. very useful.

However the list I am after is the 3 letter sequences that stand for the most things. Not the most used. For example API might be used a lot but may only be an acronym for 20 things. I am looking for the 3 letter sequences that stand for the most things.

Maybe there is not such a list and I have to manually go thru AcronymFinder.com and compile my own list ....?

Maybe NSLE (No Such List Exists)

ip

ip.now was picked up by w.is, it currently redirects to ip.im

They also own ipinfo.now, ip4.now & ip6.now

It's a bit confusing, they should really make ip.now the main.
