I was able to pick up these two names in the 5th day of EAP for a great price. All the highly targeted keywords like news and porn sold in the 2nd day of EAP for around $3,400 each. Please share any of your .now, and your thoughts on the potential future. For some reason, I prefer this extension to .deal that also is in EAP.

How are the search visibility ratings for your .nows ? Mine are not as good as I would of expected, that been said I don't have them optimised near enough.

I would also consider moving my premium .nows to Plus and listing on Sedo also but when I look at the sales history on Namebio Atom features heavily which tells me maybe not yet.

if you check without price sorting you will find domains listed below $250 available , But atom doesn't show it in search results !!
So listing at wholesale below price $250 is useless since the potential buyers cant find it !!!

Interesting. it appears you have to check "standard" listings to see prices <$250. Otherwise it doesn't show them

Was having a look at the top .now sales as reported on Namebio to see if they have been developed or listed for resale. The top 2 go to Top Domains website saying they have been sold. The third to a site about robotic warehousing. Most of the others link back to the Atom.com homepage. Is this normal ?

About 50% of my com sales never went live. A decent % were investor buys, but the others stay unlisted and unlive. Does that make them "fake" in Mike Mann's eyes? Cause that's the only data he has to go on. And that simply is not enough data to make an informed decision.

Companies and people buy domains for all sorts of reasons. Including defensive & future builds and ideas that never come to fruition. You simply cannot solely monitor whether a domain goes live and attempt to ascertain "fake" sales that way.

For 100% of my sales in all extensions I've been paid real money. This includes real money from both the 50% that went live and the 50% that didn't. Always surprised me when months/years later some of the names didn't launch. But over time, I noticed that is simply par for the course.

ALL major domainers have sales where the site never went live. ALL.

I do agree many of the .xyz sales in the beginning were questionable, but .now is different.
