if your gonna open a real estate company yes, the population of nd in is really small so based on that the domain is only worth reg fee ,as a brand for people to remember ,even if was in another state a little more , No one will buy it from you imo,with these I like to look at a keyword search tool, I see there are 880 searches a month but no body paying for the keyword. if you can reg for 8 bucks or less you have SOMETHING YOU CAN PLAY WITH

Thanks for your comment. Notredame has over 300,000 exact matches per month. I don't think that many GEO + Real Estate got huge searches unless it's well-known website already.

That's only my opinion.
