In my user CP I have my options set to "Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages". I've been using this feature for months with no problems. Until this week.
The namepros email notification is set up with my hotmail email account. This week, hotmail has been routing the alerts into my junk folder.
The email address for the alerts is not on my "blocked senders list" and has been added to my "Safe senders" and Safe mailing lists". I even added the email address to my contacts but hotmail keeps identifying the email alert as junk.
Anyone else having this problem or know anything about it? The only thing I can think of is that the hotmail server is identifying anything from namepros as junk. Of course, if I'm the only one having this problem, it's something else.
