Not sure what to do...

I own culinarycareers.net. I'm looking on flippa and not seeing very many bids for career related domains. Should I pay for a microniche site, and wait? or throw it up on the auction? Or just skip the auction? It seems to me like le cordon bleu or other culinary schools might be able to use it to draw in students, like maybe showing demand, openings, salaries, then "hey this is where u get started with a link to their site". Often, people, especially young people research jobs and job market outlook before they choose schooling. That would be part of the pitch I just don't know how to go about it or if Its worth it. What are your thoughts?

To be honest, I do not see much value on that name. The .com? Yes, some value, but not the .net. Just my opinion, but I do not foresee that name doing well on Flippa.

In my opinion I think it would be better to seek out potential end users rather than selling it on Flippa. You could target the culinary schools as you had said and pitch the domain and maybe what it could be for.

The .com is just set up as a coming soon so I don't know if that would affect what you could get for it or not.

Yea the .com is owned by education management corporation, they are publicly traded on the OTC market. So I'm gonna research them a little more.

Mind, culinarycareers.info is still up for grabs as well, I would think would fit just as good, if you would seek end user based on those terms

Yes, .net is much better, than .info, but if potential end users contacted, decide to do any research on it, they may just register name for few bucks instead spending money you may hope for.
