Noob Q: Uploading domain to GoDaddy what DNS and name for first page?

tried uploading my webpage to godaddy and have an error saying that it hasn't worked properly
its www.filmsforfree.co.uk

in the ftp transfer page what should my first page be callled? ie www.filmsforfree.html ? .co.uk ?

any help appreciated

and what DNS do i use (domain not reg on godaddy)

You should have received a getting started guide from GoDaddy. In case you didn't, you can access it through the following.

The page that you want people to see your domain should be named index.html
