These names I would immediately get a refund on because you are using trademarked names and they can/will take you to court for infringing on there marks. Now most registrars give you a grace period for a refund and I would suggest getting a refund very fast. It's a very common mistake to reg names with very familiar names but that's a mistake that can cause you legal fees and hassle....so please read up on trademarks and copyrighted material here on namepros.

Now for the other names:

I'm going to have to be honest I don't see much value in these names and the reasons are listed below:

-Names don't mix together well
-Development ideas are not that easily thought up

My assessment of value is $reg fee for all names and for you to get a refund on half if not all the domains listed today for appraisal.

Please don't take this personal but I feel that reading more on namepros and asking more questions will help you learn and get a groove going with domains.

I tend to agree with the above. The first batch of names have direct TM issues. Sometimes you can get away with a TM in a non infringing manner, but those domains them self are infringing.

The other domains don't hold much value. The names don't flow well together or have clear uses.

Agree with Blake in this case.

Dont use trademark name in your domain!
Other domains doesnot hold much values because development ideas are not clearly seen on those..

I can see most domains are registered at name.com previous month..so I think you can't get a refund.. Sorry to say that..

Unfortunately you need to get rid of the TM domains.
