Hi!

So I have these three domains that I would like to have an appraisal on:

Fighthelp.com
Weirdtrends.com
dopehelp.com

I'm currently considering selling these domains, but I'm not sure how much they are worth, if anything at all...

Unless they receive traffic or there's something else special about them, there probably is not much demand for these domains. Thus, the value would be very close to their registration fee. You could try putting up some content and see what type of attention they get.
