I believe min increase was added after my bid i read very carefully .you cant be doing that.

Yes of course, I added it after. I'll wait for some moderator to know if I have to accept your 0.25 increase, I always saw $1 min increase.

However, I think I can decline offers for my domains, losing money and accepting a lower offer.

Anyway: next offer have to be min $2 and then $1 min increase

According to the marketplace rules, the default bid increment is $1 so the $1.25 bid is INVALID.
