No payment: Automanic cancellation timeframes?

I think that if the buyer does not pay within 30 days, he deal gets cancelled automatically by Escrow. Is there a way to modify this timeframe? For example, it would be useful to be able to set 1 week for some domains where prices and offers move fast, so that the seller is not "locked in" for a whole month with the buyer having the option to buy or to pass.

If fees were on me (seller pays fees) or split fees, do I pay any fees if I cancel?

U only pay fees if you sell the domain.
