No Hugedomains listing on afternic

Hello,

I heard and see that hugedomains deleted his listing on afternic.

Do tou know when it happenned ?
To my opinion they lose a lot doing that as their domains dont appears in godaddy search path.
What do you think of ?

HD listings do seem to all be on Sedo with fast transfer..

Not sure if they've switched to Sedo, or were listing on both platforms previously and just dropped Afternic.

Unless they negotiated a better rate with Sedo - they're still paying 20% commission for MLS sales via registrar search paths, just no GD exposure.

It seems HD, is dropping 5K domains per day and only buy few hundreds, they clean their portfolio...

HD was one of those guys that used to just bid everything to $100+ on GoDaddy expiring if they saw 2 other people bidding right? Like using bots.

It could be ChatGPT has helped them become more discerning with new acquisitions.

I'm no Huge Domains quantity but I'm out too. Been doing my own thing mainly for 25ish years anyway but if the buyer doesn't come direct to my own page they can choose DynaDot, Atom, Sedo, Efty, etc... as anything GoDaddy owned is over for me. I use to love GoDaddy back in the old days but slowly it's gotten to the point where I moved all my domains to DynaDot and I'm done fueling their profits so they can buy more competitors and close them down.

In the time you left, Gd has found more ways to squeeze profits, the latest being self brokering (if you pay for their domain discount club - under Dan, this was a standard feature).

Yes, you can check with a few domains from the HD website, and search for them in the GoDaddy registration path. They show up with Premium and Verified badges, at the same price.
