While people will pay high buck for that domain, I am unsure how you would ever develop it. I suppose it gets some type in traffic, but to me, I wouldn't pay more than $250 for a domain like that. Of course, plenty of other people here will disagree with my last statement.

I am guessing the price will not end much higher than $6,000.

I would pay high buck for a1.com or n1.com... A boy can dream... Paying six figures for domains is not for the lightweights.
