domain Ninjabattles.com - offer received, help with appraisal please!

Hi guys!

I've been contacted about my domain www.ninjabattles.com by an IP acquisition company representing a client who is developing an app. They have offered mid $x,xxx for it.

I'm wary of scams (particularly since this seems high compared to other stuff I've seen while browsing this forum), however they haven't asked me to use a specific appraiser or anything so no other red flags for now. They're from the US but involved a local sister company (I'm in Sweden) to track down my phone number, which makes it seem more legit...?

Relevant (possibly) stats:
7 years old
3,500 pageviews/month (getting this from adsense)
Earning low $xxx/year as it is

How would you appraise it? What should my counter-offer be?

If they're serious about the domain I would counter a couple thousand higher and see if you can pull a bit more out of it.

Seems like a fair offer though.... I'd change your post to show ninja /// battles dawt com or something like that so that they cannot find this thread and pull back their offer.

Take the funds period. Dont haggle. That name sems to be for something that is going to be used as a game. If you go higher they may backout and get the .net or .co.....take the money and reinvest!
