This website makes around $800 per month from google adsense advertisements.

Revenue for April was reduced as between the 1st and 10th of April I experimented with different ad placements and programs other than adsense. I later reverted back to google adsense. This is the only reason that revenue was reduced for april, as you can see it went back to normal again in May.

This website targets a good niche with 61.5 % of the traffic in May coming from search engines. Most search engine traffic comes Yahoo,MSN, and Google with referrals from other search engines such as Ask and Dogpile.

The website has some great links from several prominent and trusted websites and directories including but not limited to the following:

Over April I spoke with an seo consultant who suggested that addition of a blog could easily increase both traffic and revenue but I haven't had time to implement this. This could possibly be a good idea for the new owner if they wished to expand the website.
Unlike other lyrics websites you may see for sale this one provides lyrics available in the public domain.
I have made an effort to list lyrics on the website that have either been made available to the public domain or were written before 1922.
