The website contains over 10,000 lyrics which I paid for to be inputted. It has a custom script created for this website only + several features such as lyrics search, lyrics submission + lyrics requests. You may think the domain name is not very valuable as it is a .us name however I purchased it for its seo value. The website is ranked in decent positions in yahoo and msn for related keywords with very little seo effort. In fact I've barely looked at the site since submitting the website to a few directories around August-September. Most of the visitors to the website come from search engines (500 from MSN, 237 from Google and 155 from yahoo so far this month). With a little link exchange work + maybe some other advertising I think the website could generate a lot more visitors.
Why am I selling? I do not have enough time to invest in the website. I've barely looked at it since I started university again in september (hence why visitor numbers have declined). I think this is an excellent opportunity for someone with time to spare developing websites, but I just don't have the time.
