The reason I am selling because I just don't have time to upkeep the server, so constant slowdown has really hurt the stats. This site on a good reliable server would earn more and receive more hits. The domain is regged at Domainsite and expires December 31 of this year. I am listing this site with a BIN of $125, but will also accept an offer to my liking.
