News Manager System Needing Coded!

Hello, i thought i would post this in two sections of the forum as i wasn't quite sure what topic this went in. I basically need a website like www.b0g.org's website system making with fully working admin system and archive and searching archive etc....take a look @ there website and all the system it uses. i would buy the system they are using but due to circumstances i can't buy it. so can a cheap but decent coder PM me a quote and i can list all of the functions it uses etc.
