Best Registration System tutorial?

can anyone point me to the best Registration system Tutorial? doesnt have to go into much details..but the end product should be really good and it would be awesome if it uses ajax to error check the form..thanks

To be honest i prefer tutorials that go through the logic and methods of creating something like a user/registration system. However, :P

http://pixel2life.com is a great place to look, i personally don't have any opinion on what is the best one, however you can search/order by rating and that should give you some idea.

If you are wanting to combine it with something like ajax user checking them take my advice and follow another tutorial. Registration systems will be predominantly php based and not many will strive off into little features like that.

Like i say follow a large tutorial like this if you will, but you will find most will be scrappily coded and unexplained as they are so large. Remembering what it was like when i first started aside from the strange way i learned it would have been better if i started by going through the database integration functions and getting to know methods and techniques of using them.

Coding is all about logic, get to know the basic functions and you can pretty much create most things

You say that like learning is not the way you want to go lol. If so it may be better for you to check out some script repositories such as http://hotscripts.com or again, google

hey..i am sure i can trace the code..thats y i dont care if they go into depth..i have programing this year for school...and we are suppose to be doing Java but my school has contract with a really crapy company [Holsoft] whose compiler sucks really bad! so he gave us a choice to choose any other language and code it there...and i choose PHP..and the project is due *THIS FRIDAY* i have been reading php books..so right now i just want to get it done!! :p

Don't think i am slagging of or i have something against techtuts because i don't...particually, but the techtuts user system is known for me extremely insecure and badly coded. That's just my input on that suggestion

Yer I have not used it, just one that I have heard of and after a quick glance it is not done in the securest way, pixel2life is the way to go but I would make sure you actually learn from this rather than just pass your assignment with someone elses work, atleast customize it

hey..i am not going to copy anyones work to pass my assignment..if i wanted to do that i would stick with java! i actually wanetd to learn PHP..thats the only reason i chose it anyway thanks guys
