I do not believe the appraisal tool follows the standard listing price. I have seen some standard domains priced at 50k for instance and the Atom appraisal for that same domain comes back at $2,200.

Wow, just goes to show it all really depends on what a buyer is willing to pay and the current Market. My opinion based on the domain being a Digital-Asset Engineering site it could very well fetch in the six figures based on potential earnings. Best of luck either way!

Wow Man, Sorry @Atom got your hopes up like that. That’s brutal. They literally went to complete opposite ends of the spectrum on you. You gotta feel terrible.. The good news is you did still have a 1MM+ appraisal at one point, which shows its potential! Appraisals are a joke anyways.. It is just about finding the right buyer and knowing your Markets. The opportunity to list personal Tokens/Coins, on an Elite domain is appealing to most big Crypto Brands and could give the right company a chance to receive millions of dollars in investments on that domain, if their Digital Assets/Tokens are good enough. You should still find yourself a nice Sale either way. Hope you still get your 7 Figures Sir. Maybe @Atom will buy it due to brutal reappraisal and rejection haha

Nothing to be sorry about. Appraisals can change overnight. It is great to know the domain did originally appraise at over 1 million+. When the right buyer does come along, they should see the opportunity to grow their Digital Assets on a Premium Domain and I do not think Atom would spend 7 figures for any domain haha.
