Newbie to domains- Best way to monetize

Hey All,

I have about 40 adult, mainly .co domains. I am trying to work out the best way to monetize these domains. As they are .co domains they don't already have traffic. So from what I have been reading, these are some of my options:

- Use a domain parking service such as sedo to place ads on the domains.
- Sign up to affiliates and use 302 redirects (does this required me work on the SEO of my domains?)

Can anyone help me out with more info on these, plus the best method? and any other methods there may be.

Parking really only works if the domains have traffic. IMHO your best bet is to develop.
