Newbie... Need's Help

hello , im new to webdesign im wanting to build a painall website that looks great on photoshop , and use publisher to add hyperlinks etc will this work? Also i would be greatfull if you gave me a link to a complete help guide to use photoshop to build a website, and how to upload and host it for free. Thanks again i know im asking for alot but i know the needed information is out there somewhere

Well you can use photoshop to design it and dreamweaver to slice it.

True, to design the graphic layout, its from photoshop or other programs. Slice it too.
I don't slice in photoshop because they have too many tables.

Well, you can setup photoshop to use CSS or you can code it by hand. I prefer the second option myself.

I would suggest reading some template tutorials on Good-tutorials.com, and I would make the templates in Photoshop, and slice them, because its easy.

I also do the slicing with photoshop, its much better i think,
Get some tutorials online or get a good book on photoshop from an IT libs near you
