Help me to choose

My customers are asking for webdesign but i know little dreamweaver and photoshop,i thought to purchase templates from templatemonster but one of my friend said that there is a website , in which we can pay a little fees and download unlimited latest templates , can you name some good company with good service

The site that you describe could be http://boxedart.com I don't have any experience with them though. the templates look pretty good though. But as per there TOS, I don't think you could let your "clients" use the templates.

Why not go for free ones with good services like what loran76 suggested?

Another is OSWD (Open Source Web Design) - all free. Just read the terms of use carefully - some designers have requirements and limitations on use of their material.
