Newbie looking for tips.

Hi, as the title says, I'm 101% new to the domain monetizing or earning from domains, though I've been handling domains since 3yrs ago. I have had acquired a domain vpsforsale(.)com which i think has a really good potential especially for vps providers/hosts, I have tried asking on the appraisal thread with no luck for replies.

Currently, i have the said domain parked on sedo. Can you give me some of your inputs on how should i earn from it, I can make static website but i have no idea how backlinks works or advertisements on websites.

You can start an auto blog, to build traffic instead of parking and then sell it or park it.

@pseudonym try making a website with at 1000 words per article regarding that niche. Check for traffic after 3 to 6 months and put some affiliate ads or adsense. I know a couple of people making a lot with bluehost affiliate links.

I don't think vpsforsale is a good domain.
A VPS is something you rent, because you need connectivity. It's not like I'm going to buy a VPS from you and take it away.
Besides, a VPS is a virtual server, it's not even a physical object.
So the name doesn't make sense.

Parking: I don't see the potential.
Resale: same as above
Development: do yourself a favor and find a better domain imo
