Newbie needs help with parking

I recently parked (clothesatwholsale.com) at sedo, and within 5 hours had:
Uniques= 4 Clicks= 1 CTR= 25.00% EPC= $0.07 RPM= $17.35
Earnings= $0.07

I don't know how good these stats are, and have no clue what RPM stands for. But I do know I made $0.07! woohoo profit This is the first domain I've ever reg'd, so I'm little excited.

I was hoping somebody could give me some other techniques of monetizing this parked domain (as I'm a total newbie to this whole thing). Any other ways I could do some marketing or development, or is this pretty much it?

If it's parked there are rules that don't allow you to market or develop it. Those are things you do in lieu of parking.

In referance to actual promotions DDC is correct MOST parking co's dis allow promotions of any kind

that's about it i guess, if you park it means you're willing to let it go while monetizing it as a whole and letting sedo display ads on it.
but you can't market it since you're not developing it, better unpark it and host it somewhere else and fill it with content, develop it so you can promote/market/advertise it.

When you say "host it somewhere else" I'm assuming you don't mean parking it in another place. This would involve finding a host ($8-10/month) and then developing a site (with my very little knowledge of HTML or anything else related to web design)-so adding content would cost some more $, and then all the additional costs for advertising/marketing/promoting. Is this correct?
Hmmm...... sounds expensive. I don't know if I have this much confidence in my domains value.

I was thinking of a site which would allow me to park it (free), choose the content and design (with a very user friendly interface), and possibly letting me find unique ways of marketing/advertising it (for free) in order to gain traffic. This might completley ridiculous, but it would be nice if a place like this exists. DomainPark - maybe your site allows me to do some of this, I'll check it out.

We have intent as the site grows to get the advertisers themselves to advertise on parked domains with the knowledge that Marketing of the domains is in fact allowed.

The few feeds we have I have already verified that domain marketing thats good decent traffic is 100% Ok!!!!!
