I usually put what's known as the "drop date" as the title for each list. This is the day that list of names will become available. They actually drop from the registry at 1:00 pm Eastern Standard time (the East coast in the U.S.). As the interest in these names is very great, you will probably need to use a drop service to get any of them. If the name is registered with Network Solutions, you will have to use SnapNames to get it (and I think I remember hearing that another company has adoped a similar exclusive practice... was it GoDaddy?). For most other registrars, you could try using enom.com, namewinner.com, or pool.com (or all three).
