I've just purchased it in a package (with domains in Slovak, Hungarian, Polish & French) to a French domainer and neither him nor me had a clear idea of what the value was.

I think that it does not have a great value due to the 2 hypens in the name. However if you develop this name properly you can expect some good traffic as " new york city " has a lot of searches daily.
